These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with www.seshbuddies.io website/app (the "Service") operated by SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation ("us", "we", or "our").

 

Please read these Terms of service carefully before using the Service.

 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. 

 

Content

Be smart. “Think before you post” and remember there is no such thing as a "private" social media network.

Be transparent. Whether you intend to do so or not, if you identify yourself with the SESHBUDDIES community you become a de facto spokesperson of SESHBUDDIES. You may identify your connection with SESHBUDDIES but be clear you are sharing your OWN views as an individual, not as a representative of SESHBUDDIES. Example disclaimer: "The postings on this site/app are my own and do not represent the views, positions, or opinions of the SESHBUDDIES Company." You MAY NOT use any SESHBUDDIES logos or branded marks (without permission) on a personal site or social media page. We at SESHBUDDIES love our community and we are willing to work with influencers and content creators. 

Be original. Maintain copyright and fair use laws and cite sources when possible. Don't plagiarize. If imperative to use other content creators work, ensure consent is obtain or credit is given within your post. 

Be a cheerleader for the SESHBUDDIES community. Even though we are a private company, we still must abide by the Apple App Store and Google Play laws, regulations, and rules. Show your SESHBUDDIES pride! As with everything we do, remember that our goal is to share something enjoyable and positive about SESHBUDDIES. Keep the community guidelines in mind—and think about how you can creatively share SESHBUDDIES’s best views.

At SESHBUDDIES, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards posting illegal sales of cannabis publicly on our platform. We do not condone such behavior and will take strict action against users who violate our community guidelines. Any user who posts or depict illegal sales of cannabis will be given a warning and their post will be removed. In cases of severe, repeated, or unresponsive violations, SESHBUDDIES reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent account removal.

Remember! If the content of your post is not acceptable for face-to- face conversation or other channels, it is unsuitable for publicizing on the SESHBUDDIES platform.

 

Gun Imagery and Depiction Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all members of the SESHBUDDIES community feel safe and respected. We recognize that gun imagery and violent depictions can be offensive and distressing to some members of our community. As such, we have implemented guidelines to regulate the use of gun-related content in order to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all.

Policy:

1. Depiction of Guns: Members of the SESHBUDDIES community are not permitted to post, share, or promote images or content that depict guns or firearms in a violent or threatening manner. This includes, but is not limited to, images of guns being used or pointed at others, and content that glorifies or incites gun violence.
2. Context: Non-violent and educational content related to guns, such as historical information, responsible gun ownership, or firearm safety, may be permitted, provided it does not provoke fear or threaten the well-being of our community members.
3. Reporting Violations: If any member encounters content that violates this policy, they are encouraged to report it to the moderators immediately. The moderators will review the reported content and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, issuing a warning, or banning the member responsible for the violation.
4. Consequences: Members found in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action. A first-time violation will result in a warning, with the content in question being removed. Repeated violations may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension or removal from the SESHBUDDIES community.
5. Appeals: Members who believe their content was removed or their account was suspended in error may submit an appeal to hello@seshbuddies.io. The appeal should include a detailed explanation of why the member believes the decision was incorrect. A response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

By adhering to this policy, we aim to create a safe and inclusive space for all members of the SESHBUDDIES community. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone.

 

Be respectful. 

Do not post unauthorized commercial solicitations, such as spam. Do not bully, intimidate, or harass any user; post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; or do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

Do not use ethnic slurs, personal insults, obscenity, or engage in any conduct that would not be acceptable in the SESHBUDDIES community. You should also show proper consideration for others’ privacy and for topics that may be considered sensitive —such as politics, religion, and/or sexual preferences. 

Users are free to discuss topics and disagree with one another, but always maintaining respect for one another.

SESHBUDDIES encourages users to ALWAYS report harassment or inappropriate behavior that can harm the good standing of the company and social media platform. 

By downloading, installing, and joining the application the user agrees to abide by SESHBUDDIES community guidelines.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain all your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

 

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current always. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

 

Anti-Spam and Scam Policy

At SESHBUDDIES, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community for all our members. In order to maintain this positive environment, we have established a strict policy against spam and scam activities.

Spamming and scamming are strictly prohibited within the SESHBUDDIES community. Any accounts found to be engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate and permanent removal.

Scope: This policy applies to all members, users, and participants of the SESHBUDDIES platform, including but not limited to website, mobile app, forums, and social media channels.

Definition of Spam and Scam:

1. Spam refers to the distribution of unsolicited messages, advertisements, or content that is irrelevant, excessive, and disruptive to the community's regular communication.
2. Scam refers to fraudulent activities, deception, or attempts to manipulate, exploit, or cheat other community members for personal gain or other malicious purposes.

Prohibited Actions:

1. Sending unsolicited messages or promotions to other members without their prior consent.
2. Misrepresenting oneself or impersonating another member, organization, or entity.
3. Engaging in phishing activities or attempting to collect personal information from members without their knowledge and consent.
4. Creating or sharing content that promotes scams, fraudulent schemes, or illegal activities.
5. Encouraging or soliciting other members to participate in spam or scam activities.

Reporting: Members who suspect or encounter any spam or scam activities are encouraged to report the incident to SESHBUDDIES support or through the designated reporting channels.

Enforcement and Consequences:

1. SESHBUDDIES will actively monitor the platform for spam and scam activities to ensure compliance with this policy.
2. Any accounts found to be engaged in spamming or scamming activities will receive a warning and an opportunity to cease such actions.
3. In cases of severe, repeated, or unresponsive violations, SESHBUDDIES reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or permanent account removal.

Amendments: SESHBUDDIES reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time to adapt to changes in community needs and legal requirements. 

Appeals Process:

If your account has been removed due to a violation of this policy, and you believe the action was taken in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team at hello@seshbuddies.io. Please provide a detailed explanation and any relevant evidence to support your claim. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Infringement") of any person.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of "Copyright Infringement" of hello@seshbuddies.io and include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement.

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing your copyright.

 

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation.

SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

 

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

SESHBUDDIES Social Network Corporation its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
